Like the name says, it is THE PALACE. Loved every bit of our stay. One night wasn't enough to enjoy or explore the hotel. The pool, the ambience, the service, location, food, everything....

Enjoyed the food and the personal attention along with great service. Extra special mention for the housekeeping staff, Kowsi and Hari, who cleaned our room very well and made really superb towel dogs and flower shape on the bed. Truly Awesome!! Sikandar at reception was very polite and helpful. Chef Rawat was delightful and a pleasure to meet. Good massage and ambience at the Spa. Ranjan at concierge helped a great deal and is truly appreciated.

The property was well maintained and very clean. The staff member Vijay was very cooperative and courteous. When the streets were flooded up to waist high water level during the cyclone on 30 Nov, we were worried how to enter the apartment. However Vijay arranged alternate accommodation nearby and made sure our stay was comfortable.
