The staff was amazing! When I arrived, I got a feeling from them that were waiting for me all their lives 🤣 really so friendly and helpful!!! Everyone starting from the driver to receptionists, house keeping / cleaning and waiters and kitchen staff ❤️ Food was unbelievably good! Rooms were clean. The staff was amazing and catered to all of our requests. Everyone from the security and reception staff to the trainer at the gym/recreation center was friendly. Miss Rajeswari Menon made us feel very welcome and remembered our plans and offered advice and help as well. The food was delicious and the all day dining and room service is very convenient. The rooms were very well designed and fully stocked with everything we'd need.
