The rooms were too good for the price, we were trying to figure out whats the catch - but there is none. Great roof terrace with awesome food. Most importantly you must meet the owner Janu. He can help you find things anything you want or need, organize extremely affordable leissure, great drivers for the whole day or even train tickets if you mess up like we did. Honestly I cant imagine better place to stay.

Lovely clean and well maintained apartment. Stationary filter. There is always clean drinking water. Cleaning every day. Wi-fi works fine. Quiet safe area. The metro is within walking distance. We immediately felt at home. Radhika and Butha made our stay very comfortable and gave us a lot of practical information about Jaipur. The entire property is very clean and artistically furnished. I loved my stay at Arka Luxury Homestay. The room was modern and clean, and the bed was comfy. The owner was very helpful and made sure I felt at home. There was a fridge outside my room that I could use. There's also an outdoor area to dry clothes. I would definitely stay here again!
