Loved EVERYTHING! Beautiful rooms, clean with super helpful and friendly staff. Located within CP so everything is a short walk away, good safety protocols, nice cafe around. Loved it!

I stayed recently at the Shangri-la in New Delhi, and it was a first class experience. As a solo female traveler they paid special attention to my comfort and safety which I am grateful. The location, the staff amazing help us to find a last hour tour (the one we had booked failed and in some minutes they arrange another with better conditions), also offered us some coffee after check out, and a shower. The rooms are very clean and the beds comfortable.

Excellent Hotel If you book a room on the 9th floor of the building: the rooms there are excellent! Bevause it is only on this 9th floor tat the renovation is just finished. The breakfast and luch was excellent too. What was great too: The hotel gave me early check-inn without extra costs because I was a woman travelling alone, and they want to stimulate woman to do that and to give women a safe and comfortable feeling when they are travelling alone👍
