The staff were courteous and helpful at all times. The room was nice with comfortable bed and housekeeping was excellent. Food was amazing at the restaurant which has a great view. This is going to be our favourite hotel here in Srinagar.

This was one of the best experience of my life to stay in a houseboat.
These houseboats are designed in such a way that u feel like you are staying in a royal palace.
Breakfast and dinner are served inside the houseboats.
People can enjoy their meals along with the view of river

For the price, this hotel exceeded many of my expectations. The warm blankets, clean rooms, hot water in the bathroom. Room was also spacious. The staffs carried all our heavy luggages to the room via stairs. But none of that can compare to the owner, Imtiaz. We only stayed at his hotel for 2 nights but he was looking after us for the whole 12 days of our Kashmir trip. Helping us out with bookings, plannings. A very honest owner that I 200% know i can trust for any inquiries. In Kashmir, that is worth more than gold.

Hotel rooms were clean, food was good, staff was courteous specially Malik bhai. Location was near to dal lake and airport and in between market. Overall our stay was quite good because of the hotel.. totally recommend it to everyone who is coming to kashmir.

Everything was perfect. My room and the bathroom was large and clean, the staff friendly and helpful. Imran Ali, the manager perfectly organised my stay - car, excursions, meals, and so on. The meal was good, tasty, home-made meal.
