Center of activities in Bergamo upper city. Very clean, comfortable and beautifully designed. Staff was very accommodating. Jasmine and her colleague were very helpful in helping us by assisting in verbal live phone call directions and her colleague helped direct me to the garage.

It was our first experience to stay in hotel with full electronic check in and it was fun. Felt like quest to be solved first 5 minutes, but all instructions were clear and we enjoyed it. I guess that's how hotels of the future will look like.
