After a flight cancelation we had to stay in Bologna for the night, and we found this place. The staff is exceptionally kind and helpful. They made us feel very welcome and comfortable during our short stay in such a way that this unplanned stay felt like a treat. We had a very early flight the next day so we couldn't enjoy the breakfast, but they immediately offered to prepare breakfast the evening before so we wouldn't go hungry the next day. They also arranged the taxi reservation in the early hours. The place itself was very comfortable and super clean, and there were complimentary snacks and coffee available. Located very close to the central station and just a few steps from the city center.

It is very well designed with attention to privacy and comfort, 2 separate bedrooms enough for a couple and a child to sleep, and a nice little corner with a working space. Excellent separate bathrooms with all you need, clean and well decorated. Kitchen and living room with all you expect and more, with attention to detail. Finally, hosts accommodated our special need to check in early and out little late for business-related reasons. Excellent!

Best stay ever! From where should I begin? The location is simply awesome, you are right next to the train station and you can easily get a bus to go to the centre which is not really far away and that’s why we actually preferred walking around. Also, the host/property manager is always responsive and they even kept our luggage after our check-out until our departure time. In terms of the room, it is fully renovated/everything is brand new, the bed is super comfortable, the bathroom is big and the shower is the biggest shower I have seen in my life (definitely 2,5 metres long). Finally, the room was spotless clean and had a luxury hotel feeling.

The apartments are very nice, clean and well equiped. Nice cool building. Good location. Nespresso. Parking in front of the apartment for 7,50 per day. Very good service and friendly hosts. Alessandro gave us very good advice on where to eat - pizza @ Pantera Rosa - and he was very friendly even though i locked us out of the apartment twice and he had to arrange a spare key while on holiday in Formentera. We will book again next time, if only to prove I can handle a set of keys. Thanks Alessandro
