Welcomed by friendly and very helpful staff. The rooms are modern, playful and chique. All the details in the room are beautiful appointed. We Love it! The location is perfect, just 3 min walk from the tram from the airport, and 4 min frm the catedral.
Very good breakfast included, and special thanks for a lovely women from breakfast room, everyday she bring us vegan crossants, and coffee with soy milk. It was a perfect way to start the day.
Totally recomending this hotel and for sure we will stay here one more time.

Extraordinary service. They upgraded us in a bigger room due to me having had a "smart booking" or sth. Then when the toilet flush broke down they fixed it super fast and gave me a complimentary pasta pack. The breakfast is extraordinary. Even keeping our luggage after check out was so organised. The location is dreamy, literally on the central train station. Will prefer it every time I come to Florence.
