Welcomed by friendly and very helpful staff. The rooms are modern, playful and chique. All the details in the room are beautiful appointed. Everything. The best experience with booking.com. Location cannot be better. The view only is worth. I like the bathroom, decoration is contemporary and clean shining. Friendly staff provide everything you need. We have three persons and with two big luggages. The Room is big enough to open luggage and still walk smoothly.

The front desk staff was unavailable (was getting married apparently) so the woman running the attached cafe was filling in and she was absolutely delightful! She opened the cafe early every morning for us because we had early bookings, even delivered hot focaccia to our room when we commented about how great it smelled upon coming in one afternoon. The welcome package - in a wax-sealed envelope no less - reflected the charm of this historic feeling guesthouse. Yet, the place has modern hotel convenience like key card entry, elevator, wifi, motorized windows. The decor was remarkable and quirky, and the room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Our best stay in Italy.
