The apartment was fresh and clean. It was thoroughly equipped. Even with the hair styler, that was quite pleasing to see. The host was also responsive and communicative. Our train was delayed for several hours and we arrived shortly after the check-in hours. But we contacted the apartment about the delay and they waited for us.

It is a very nice accommodation in a good place, near the port and also bus and train station. The host is very kind. We could arrive earlier and our room was ready. The best part was breakfast on the terrace with a view of Genoa. Very good selection of breakfast options, amazing focaccia! Staff very professional, knowledgeable, and very kind. Bedroom was nice, an old style but clean and very comfortable, good-sized bathroom. The location was good, 1 min walk from the train station Piazza Principe, 15 min walk from the old town. Lobby makes a huge impression when you walk into the hotel. Also I had a Continental hotel booked but was upgraded to Savoia.
