Location is great - the bus stop is only few hundred meters, but there's not much noise in the night. Owner has recommended us very good tourist spots and how to use public transport. Breakfasts are in his bar nearby. The room was clean, good, almost new.

The room was absolutely perfect, with new facilities, including a kitchen, a washer-dryer, and a clean refrigerator. The living room and bedroom both have powerful air conditioning, which saved me in the 30-degree summer in Milan. In addition, the balcony is not big but has a good view. Regarding the location, the neighborhood is quite safe, with complete facilities around, the tram stop is just downstairs, and the flowers and trees in the courtyard are particularly attractive.
