The place was a great size for 3 people and clean, comfortable, well set up with everything we needed. Location was great, a short walk to the train station and bus station if needed. Michela, who checked us into the accommodation was so lovely and patient explaining everything even though we couldn't speak any Italian. We were also delayed an hour to our original agreed check-in time, due to trains, and were able to contact Peppe who replied quickly and rearranged a later check in.

The room was very clean, same for the hotel. We really enjoyed our stay here. We also got free coffee. The host was very helpful, he even found for us a parking place, with a discount, and came there with his car to help us.

This was a clean and simple place to stay. Communication was very straightforward and always prompt. I especially appreciated the early check-in. The pre-check in videos made finding and accessing the location and building easy. The room came with several amenities (coffee, tea, snacks, shampoo). The room is spacious.
