Roberto was an amazing host! He was always super helpful and made our stay absolutely carefree! The breakfast was very good and tasty, with a lot of local very delicious products and great variety of options for sweet and savoury lovers. The hotel was super clean and tidy, we would get new fresh towels every day. The location is exceptional - around 100 m. from the beach, there are a lot of great restaurants and shops around. Overall one of our best vacations, we will be visiting again for sure! :)

We selected Casablanca Hotel because they provided a fridge and kettle in the room. We got so much more. Our room was small, but it felt spacious with high ceilings and clever storage. The bathroom was fresh with a great shower. Everything was very clean and comfortable. A highlight was the lovely staff, especially the ladies who checked us in and organised the fantastic breakfast spread. We were able to use bicycles and, for a reduced fee, a beach lounge at the nearby lido. An excellent 3 night stay.

Excellent communication with the staff, both online and in person. Really helpful, and very kind. We felt so welcomed, like at home. We were happy to discover that bikes are available (with baby chairs !!) , so we used them a lot to see around (stunning cycling paths along the beach). The location couldn't be better! Loved the proximity of local commerce and a good restaurant. Kitchen well equipped (new dish sponge, dish soap, nice pans, etc), an the terrasse is huge! Lovely play area for children at the property :)

We had a great stay! The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and located in a tidy building. The rooftop terrace was a real highlight — with a small playground, comfy sofas, sun loungers, and a pleasant atmosphere. The beach is very close, and the 114–115–116 beach areas are perfect for families with small children. There’s also a shared laundry room, which is especially useful during longer stays. Parking in the area can be challenging, so it’s worth reserving a parking spot in advance. Our host, Domenico, was really kind, helpful, and flexible throughout our stay. We would gladly recommend this place for families with young kids.

Hey everyone, I was a single traveler, but I never felt alone. This place has an advantage - their staff. Aurora, Alexandra, Massimo are caring people, who tell you to tell them what you would like to make your stay better. In this crazy place like Rimini/Rivazurra is, these people are real, caring, functioning and warm without any pretenses. The location towards the beach is easy, along the restaurants and small shops. I had a smallish room, on third floor, with a perfectly firm mattress. The room and bathroom were very clean, modern and stylish. TV also worked, which was great while watching Olympics. The elevator made all easier. Parking is available. I drove from Tuscany, these people made sure, my car was parked safely and accessible all the time. I just felt like a part of the family, wished I never left... thank you, all.

The customer service was on point. They were so friendly, helpfull and nice that I have to recommend this place! Big thanks to the chief, cleaners, chef and others! Breakfast was good and tasty. For the second time in a row the Plaza Hotel was our choice for a holiday in Rimini, and for the second time it lived up to our expectations, our stay was wonderful and we were very pleased, friendly, helpful , especially the reception staff, the room was nice and tidy, the beds were comfortable, the facilities were clean, the breakfast was great It is varied and contains a delicious group of Italian sweets. The location of the hotel is excellent, as it is close to the beach, as it is close to many different restaurants, souvenir shops, gifts, clothes, etc., of course, it will be our choice for the next times in the future that you will visit Rimini
