This place is unique! Warm welcome, with all necessary information regarding to top tourist places, we were welcomed by Mariella. It was a great experience, Mariella loves her job, and I felt like home there. Room was very nice, as well as bathroom, 24/7 reception made us feel safe. Santo is another person who is a great spirit of this place. I will definitly return when in Rome again. Such places are like pearls, you know you are welcomed, and that makes your staying amazing. I recently stayed at the Nakissa Inn in Rome and I must say it was an extraordinary experience. From the moment I checked in, the staff was warm and welcoming, making me feel at home right away. The room was impeccably clean and well-appointed, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, situated in the heart of Rome with easy access to all the city's top attractions. But what truly made my stay at the Nakissa Inn exceptional was the attention to detail and service. The staff went out of their way to ensure that my stay was enjoyable and memorable, making recommendations for places to visit and eat that I would have never discovered on my own.

Hotel is good, but the STAFF is outstanding! They really make the differnce. They go above and beyond to make sure you enjoy the city. Great recommendations for restaurants, cafés, traditional food, tourist traps, you name it. I went very well prepared for this trip and yet they provided a couple of great tips that made it even better. Breakfast was ok, just the right amount of things you may need, and the space is not big, but since we were going out very early that was never an issue. The beds were a bit too firm for our taste, but of course that's a very personal thing. OH! And of course the location of this place is perfect to move around the city, walking distance from all places (if you like to walk) and easy access to public transportation as well.

The apartment is located very close to the colosseum. Nice restaurants close by. The owner is very acessible and helpful, any message sent was replied straight away. The apartment was modern, clean and shower was nice. There is a fridge in the room and they offer some water and biscuits as a courtesy.

Clean and excellent location for walking to famous landmarks. Safe and easy access. Wonderful hosts. Really nice to have some breakfast stuff provided such as bread, milk, yoghurt and other things such as coke, orange juice etc. Andrea was also happy to store our luggage if needed. Will definitely be back.
