Allen helped us check into our room. He was very friendly and helpful. He offered to answer any questions that we might have about our stay in Rome. He made recommendations of places to eat near the hotel. He offered to get us a taxi to the airport. The room was clean and close to the coliseum and a short walk to the Trevi fountain. It is also a short walk to the train station.

The studio was very tastefully arranged in a well-maintained building. Double-glazed windows where you could open the window if you wanted some fresh air. Coffee machine with some espressos. The owner asked us what time we'd be arriving and kindly welcomed us with a list of good places to eat. A 5-minute walk from the Colosseum. We would definitely recommend this place.

The host is very helpful and flexible. The apartment is on a perfect location. When we arrived on Friday evening, we found parking place in front of the house. Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen. It was our fourth time in Rome, but if we come back we would love to stay here again.

Very quiet and private - you get access codes, just a few rooms, perfectly soundproofed, so no reminders whatsoever that it's a hotel and other guest are probably also there too. The room was spacious and airy with good aircon, comfortable bed and isolating windows. Thanks for a good full night of sleep! Located a short walking distance from the shopping streets, Termini station and Faro coffee. Ideal for a getaway when you don't want to waste time commuting.
