Everything is exactly as it is shown, and the first thing that struck me on entering the apartment was how good it smelled. Not only was everything sparkling fresh clean, it smelled and looked luxurious. Bed was super comfy, I wish I could fly home in it! Communication with the owner could not have been more lovely, they offered to book me taxis, checked that everything was ok and generally were great. There are reviews here about lack of customer service, I can only assume they were unreasonable guests, I've been seriously impressed. Getting in last night, cold tired and ready to drop, it felt like coming home. You can't say more than that, can you.

Absolutely loved staying here we wished we could have stayed for longer… fantastic location… eating lunch on the balcony looking over the park beautiful & relaxing. Immaculate clean and loved having the coffee pods with all the other little touches to make our stay perfect. Location for us for our working trip was perfect and could minutes walk to the metro to go be a tourist was great… great place to head out for a walk or for me my morning run. The hosts were fabulous communication made the trip relaxed stress free Thank You

We loved our stay in the Garden Suites! The suite was very modern and had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. The rooms were large, spacious and very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The staff were very kind and helpful. 100% worth the money. Highly recommended!

Room was nice and clean. The breakfast was good with lots of options. Decent place to crash at night time while site seeing Rome. Metro/Subway/Train station is 5 minute walk from hotel with 1.5 euro ticket to Colosseum.

The hotel was really nice, I had an issue with the room I originally received and they changed it immediately. I recommend getting the deluxe room as it is far better. The breakfast was okay, but I prefered the dinner I got there one evening. Wifi was excellent. The location is elegant and quiet, very good for people having meetings in the EUR district, not necessarely the best for turist-only purposes. Overall I really enjoyed the stay, the room and the view from the large terase.
