Perfect location, close enough to the centre in a peaceful neighborhood! Loved it!

I had a fantastic stay at this impeccably clean and cozy apartment. The space is thoughtfully designed and equipped with all the essentials — the kitchen has everything you need for cooking your favorite meals, and the spacious bathroom even includes a washing machine, which was incredibly convenient. The location couldn't be better. It's only a 2-minute walk to the Conca d’Oro metro station, so navigating Rome was a breeze. Also a night bus station is only across the street. Additionally, there's a supermarket just 350 meters away and a charming ice-cream café, along with a variety of bars and restaurants, all within walking distance. I especially appreciated how easy it was to reach the Colosseum and historical part of Rome in just 20 minutes via metro. A standout feature of my stay was the exceptional hospitality of the host, Pietro. He was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready with helpful advice and insider tips on where to go in Rome, including some hidden gems not found in the usual travel guides. His recommendations truly made my solo journey more enriching and memorable. Overall, this apartment is a perfect retreat for any solo traveler or couples looking to explore Rome comfortably and independently. Highly recommended!

Spacious and clean apartment with very facilitated check-in. 5 mins from the metro line to the centre of Rome. Overall, it is great value for the money.

Landlord Marko is very nice, friendly, always ready for any questions or problems! The apartment is super clean, tidy and comfortable. Landlord doesn't skimp on household items and only gives good quality. The location of the apartment is north of Rome center, but very good public transport connections by bus and train. I recommend this apartment with 5 stars!!

If you ever wished you could find an apartment in Rome that feels like home the moment you walk in, this is exactly that kind of place. I travel a lot for work, so I’ve seen many rentals—but Domus Metro B1 truly stands out. I’m here with my parents for a few days, and honestly, it’s rare to find something so well thought out, so welcoming, and so genuinely cared for. From the start, Elena and Marco went above and beyond. I mentioned I’d be arriving by car (a bit of a gamble in Rome), and they personally reserved a parking spot for me using their own car. Who does that? People who genuinely care, that’s who. The apartment itself? Spotless, perfectly equipped, and filled with little thoughtful touches: fresh water in the fridge, some snacks, quality toiletries and a map of the city. They’ve thought of everything—so you don’t have to. And just in case you need anything else, there’s even a supermarket right downstairs—incredibly convenient without having to go far. The location couldn’t be better: steps away from Metro B1, so you can be in front of the Colosseum or the Trevi Fountain in under half an hour. And when you get back in the evening, the neighborhood is safe, quiet, and full of great local places to eat. Exactly what you want after a day on your feet. Elena and Marco welcomed us personally and live just one floor below. They showed us around, made us feel completely at ease, and let us know they were available for anything, without ever being intrusive. The apartment is also surprisingly quiet for Rome. Comfortable beds with two pillows per person (so you can choose!), great soundproofing, mosquito screens, and peace and quiet. Even my mum—who’s not easily impressed—was completely satisfied. That should tell you everything you need to know. And yes, the Wi-Fi works beautifully. And while the photos are accurate, the feeling of the place is even better in person.

The flat is super clean, everything is new.

It is spacious with beautiful terrace. Close to the bus station which means you need 30 minutes to get to the Roma Termini, metro station is 15 min walk from the apartment. Apartment is big and very clean. We had everything we needed for our stay in Rome.

Excellent apartments, fully consistent with the description and photos, everything is new and clean. Very convenient with self-check-in. There is a kitchenette and all the cutlery from glasses to pans, the owner took care of us and left us delicious Italian coffee. Towels and bathrobes are provided, there is a hairdryer and hotel cosmetics.

Everything was fine. The owner is very friendly and helpful. Location near the center, very good connection by metro and bus. The apartment is very clean. There is a grocery store and local restaurants nearby.
