The rooms are brand new, we were the first guest. Everything was good, new very comfy beds, mini bar free of charge with coffe machine and sweet snacks. Staff is nice. Our room had terrace, AC included but needed, not much noise evethough looking to the street near the main road and overlooking train tracks. 5min to St. Pietro train station. Around 10min tto Vatican for other locations around 30min walking. Would recommend it and visit back.

It surpassed our expectations. The owner is taking extra care of every little thing in the hotel, paying a great attention to detail. It is a great location if you want to explore the Vatican. It is also a short walk away from the castle of St Angel, another top tourist attraction in Rome. Room was cleaned every day. WiFi worked fine. Lavazzo coffee machine was a welcome bonus )) Thank you, we thoroughly enjoyed staying here!

This was an amazing experience. Rosanna was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond to make this trip memorable. Our bags were not shipped to the airport in time so she called on our behalf to figure it out and our bags shipped to us that tonight. Beyond that she was always helpful and provided recommendations for any concerns and needs. The room was always pristine and the beds were so comfy that we looked forward to going back home and sleeping on them. I highly recommend them for your next stay, you won’t regret it.

1) The host, Lucia, is soooooo approachable and nice. You can send her inquiries nad she will respond almost immediately. Not to mention that she will come at your aid personally if needed. 2) the location is 2-3mins away from bus station connecting you to famous tourists spots. 3) the place looks and feels luxurious! It felt like we bookes a 5 star hotel. Amenities are great, all you could possibly need are available to you.
