Gianni is an amazing host! It was one of the best stays I've ever booked! With the incredible terrace with a great view, it seemed like you are somewhere in mountains, not really in Rome. The apartments are big, convenient & lovely kitchen, and fridge full of wine & water. We did a late check-in, our flight was delayed, and when we came to the property all shops were closed, but Gianni met us with sparkling wine, and it was amazing! Very comfortable beds, like two king-sized beds for each person! And such a cool experience to have breakfast at the terrace, a really huge terrace! Gianni was so hospitable and a good person. We had some troubles with renting a car, so he allowed us a late check-out. Thank you very much for this! I highly recommend this property to book! A really great fascinating experience! Thank you, Gianni!

Very conveniently located to public transport and supermarket. Easy communication with staff through WhatsApp. I was impressed by the complimentary cakes and drinks provided in the room. It was at a good price when I got it last minute. Only realised the price was much higher when I wanted to book again. Given early check-in and provide luggage storage that was helpful. Had a different room when I returned that came with a lovely balcony.

We stayed four nights in room with balcony. Very clean and comfortable. Wi-fi is excellent, Coffee machine in the room, bathroom,balcony.. Apartment is on the first floor near Vatican.. Owners are very friendly and responsive. Thank you Lorenco and Cristiano we enjoyed..

The property is very well located, only a 15/20 minute walk to the Vatican depending on how fast you walk, there are fantastic restaurants within 8 to 12 minutes on foot. The apartment has a superb view of the Basilica, the beds are super comfortable and the host Davide is one of the friendliest and most helpful hosts I have ever had the pleasure to meet. He is easy to contact by WhatsApp and replies very quickly if you have any questions. The apartment is a very high standard and there is also the option of secure paid parking a few hundred metres from the apartment. There is a Taxi rank at the train station which is opposite the apartment, you just need to walk through the underpass to the other side where there is also the bus stop that will take you on a route that leaves you near some of the key locations in Rome. Thank you Davide for a wonderful stay!

The Guesthouse is spotlessly clean, comfortable and well equipped. Max is a very helpful and kind host. You can easily reach every part of the city by the nearby metro and bus so we had a great time there. I really hope that next year we can come back again.
