Beautiful building, really nicely refurbished. The terrace out the back is amazing for watching the sunset over the Tuscan hills. Parking was a massive bonus in this location. It’s in a perfect location 5minutes walk from all the main sites, but at the same time is really quiet. The breakfast was great and the staff were really helpful.

Nice and clean room, great location, very quiet. Slept like a baby. It was nice to be away from the main streets but you can still easily reach everything by foot. Nice bars/restaurants nearby. The owner was very nice and gave great tips and a map!

The views from the rooftop were out of this world. The host was very flexible. The location couldn't be better.

The location cannot be more convenient. The lady at the reception showed me in detail the location of key attractions which are all within walking distance. As to breakfast, it is delicious and the view from the breakfast area is superb.

Had a lovely time, great coffee and a nice long chat with one of the guys running the place. I feel like you always risk sounding like a bot when writing a review like this, but it's true! Great location in Siena (as in, so close to the center but in a secluded alley), great view, and bonus points for the super comfortable pillow. :)

The location is great, only few meters to the Piazza de Campo. The room is new and very clean. Hamza is the best owner ever, he is very quick to answer all questions and responsive to my requests, also provides very good travel tips about Siena. I really like the restaurant he recommended. It's easy to feel his passion and love to the guesthouse, I will recommend this place to my friends.
