La Fabia is in a fantastic location, making it an excellent choice for a stay in Sirmione. From the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcomed—Andrea greeted us warmly and arranged a parking spot for us. The house is beautifully decorated, exuding both style and comfort, and everything was impeccably clean. The warm welcome made us feel right at home. Ramona prepared a delicious omelet for breakfast, while Andrea made the perfect cappuccino—small touches that made our stay even more special. The bed linen was spotless and of outstanding quality, comparable to what you'd find in a five-star hotel. Overall, La Fabia offers an exceptional experience with thoughtful hospitality, a stylish and cozy ambiance, and top-notch service. Highly recommended!

Very nice and polite staff at the reception as also the lady that assisted us during breakfast. Very nice rooms, clean and comfortable. Parking is free. The hotel is about 800 m from historic center. There is a bus that goes every 20 minutes.
