Fantastic, I booked last minute and I wasn't expecting a big room , jet I got view and a beautiful huge suite that blow my mind. Staying in a palace was beyond expecting. Staff was amazing, polite and helpful and breakfast was delicious. Can't wait to back again

Apartment location was excellent, very close to restaurants, shops and tourist attractions. Apartment was very clean with all needed facilities and even with some unexpected extras:) Could’nt expect more, really nice place to stay. Extra thanks to Mark , who suggested good restaurants and arranged trips to us.

PERFECT LOCATION. Loved the room with a canal view. Staff went out of their way to provide us with exceptional service. Added to a wonderful first experience of Venice. Would definitely book again and a bonus that the location is near the viral Suso gelato store. We had it twice a day. An intimate breakfast setting but doesn't lack variety. Very pleased with this hotel would definitely re book. Enjoyed the spacious and beautiful bathroom & room.

Location, great view, helpfulness of the staff (at the counter and in the breakfast room). Any desire (an additional blanket, a special coffee...) were instantly met and with great friendliness. A warm water boiler, cookies and coffee and complimentary bottle of water and soaps were provided.
