The two ladies at the reception were very kind and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was quiet but convenient. Only 4 minutes walking distance from the pier. A great choice to stay in Venice.

Ambra was such a helpful host, she shared a lot of useful reccomendations about food, locations, waterbus routes etc. She also left some fruits and sweets for us in the apartment ❤️ I highly reccomend staying in Giudecca, the view over Venice from the promenade is unforgettable, wspecially in the evening!

I had a great stay at this apartment. It was very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The waterbus stop was very close, which made getting around Venice easy and convenient. The host was friendly and helpful, making everything easier. Alessia was super kind, and made every effort to make our stay comfortable. We really appreciated that she left not only water, but milk, juice , some buiscuits, chocolate and ice cream in the fridge. She provided us with a map complete with all the necessary information about locations, and water buses. :-)
