This is a great appartement, spacious, clean, freshly renovated and with nice view and excellent location. You are a couple of stops before reaching San Marco and yet you stay at a quiet place without tourists. Definitely recommended for a family.

1. Location is so convenient, water bus station is just near the house. Don’t need to worry even you have luggage. 2. Angela is so friendly, gave us a big welcome and offer us a lot of free pasta, egg, snack, bread, tea and coffee, there’s a grocery downstairs, so easy to buy some food and cook there! 3. You can reach out to host anytime, he is always online to help us answer questions, and gave us useful information and suggestions.

Fabulous room with a beautiful view of the lagoon. The staff were excellent and catered to our every need. The views and scenery ( gardens, Olympic pool area etc) were stunning. Had the best fish meal ( turbot and asparagus) I’d ever tasted in a restaurant (and it was only the bar restaurant). The chocolates they gave us in the room on arrival were divine. Breakfast was lavish. We felt pampered the whole time and had a wonderful romantic holiday.

I will write in English, because I think that most of the guests understand English. The apartment was lovely, nice and clean. A perfect place for a family, with two bedrooms. Near by two stops for vaporetto. Safe and quiet surroundings. It was a nice surprise to find even two booklets with lots of information about Venice. The kitchen was well equipped, and the livingroom was beautiful with enough place for a whole family. The owner was very helpful and friendly. I am more than satisfied and I hope I will be able to stay at Ca'Milla even next time when I'll visit Venice. Thank you so much! Helena

I can highly recommend this place. Alessia was very attentive, communicating with her was easy and she was genuinely interested in her guest's wellbeing. The apartment has been newly renovated, impeccably clean and the bed was very comfortable to sleep in. This is a safe neighborhood with nice restaurants and a supermarket just around the corner. My stay was a 10+, I would definitely return!
