It was a very nice and clean apatment. Everything you need is available there even pasta, coffee and spices. It is equipped with a very good AC. The host is so kind and hospitable. You feel so comforable. The location is in the heart of venice and you can walk to grand canal and rialto. The price is so reasonable. highly recommanded.

The location is very good. It was a bit difficult to find it initially, but the place is really great. Quiet, no city noise.
Breakfast overlooking the canal, very pleasant.
Excellent service. Special praise to the male administrator of the evening shift, who was very thorough - explained what and where was located, booked tickets to the islands, was very friendly and helpful

Especially the ladies at breakfast. On some days we were fasting, so we didn't eat dairy or meat, and they provided vegan alternatives even if they weren't displayed. Every morning they prepared us a fresh cappuccino... ☕🤌 Wonderful!
+ The guys at the entrance were very kind and helped us with all the information we needed for a perfect trip. Thank you!

The property is located very conveniently close to the bus station and the train station too and also walkable to all main attractions of Venice, yet in a very quiet street. The room was spatious and clean and breakfast simple but tasty. I'd like to priase the staff who are just wonderful!

Everything was spot on! Clean and spotless, Location great! Hard to find at first but was in a very beautiful spot hidden from any noise. The staff were very kind, I enjoyed the breakfast, and lovely hot chocolate every morning! Yh will surely use again if I ever come back to Venice
