The property is located very conveniently close to the bus station and the train station too and also walkable to all main attractions of Venice, yet in a very quiet street. The room was spatious and clean and breakfast simple but tasty. I'd like to priase the staff who are just wonderful!

Pros: very spacious rooms, great location - close to all goodies but at the same time very secluded and quiet. Excellent Wi-Fi speed. The kitchen was well equipped.

Ca' Angeli has great views over the Grand Canal from its lounge and breakfast room. Rialto Bridge is close by and Santa Lucia Station is a 10-minute walk away.

Cristina was most welcoming and helpful. I arrived mid morning. Cristina took care of my luggage while I roamed around. Upon my return my luggage was already in my room. Clean, cozy space, very comfy beds with Frette sheets. Good breakfast.

The host was a true gentleman. He couldn’t do enough for us! He checked in repeatedly to ensure we had everything we needed and were making full use of all benefits/amenities of the property. The building was fantastic and well maintained, with an amazing rooftop area.

Matteo was extremely helpful in so many ways since adjusting the breakfast time to our tour timetable to helping us buy Vaporetto tickets. Also, our bedroom was cosy and beautifully decorated. And everything was really clean! Besides that, there were complimentary snacks and drinks any time.
