The property was so clean and was bigger than what the pictures showed. Very central located. Easy to walk everywhere. Our host Alberto was so helpful and friendly. Highly recommend this apartment.

Absolutely fantastic location, literally about 20 metres around the corner from the Rialto bridge. Over the rialto mervato side which we loved as it was the middle of the European summer. Great environment. Apartment was very spacious for our family of four, really well laid out, all facilities provided. Kitchen was great and rooms were excellent sized. Would really recommend this apartment, host was great and we could comfortably leave our luggage before and after checking in/out.

The staff stood out here, they are super helpful, friendly and genuine. Even before we arrived, it would be a late check-in, unfortunately the online link didn’t work so I contacted their whatsapp; they responded very quick and they did the check-in for us so we wouldn’t have to worry anymore. That was amazing service. Furthermore, the staff at the desk and during breakfast are so kind and attentive. Unlike anything we’d experienced before. And last but not least, the location of this hotel is outstanding. Not only beautiful but also centrally located. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

The Ca' San Rocco is located in a quiet area, only 5 minutes on foot from both Venezia Santa Lucia Train Station and the bus terminus in Piazzale Roma.

Hotel staff provided plenty of assistance via email prior to our arrival. Which made getting to the hotel easy. We were welcomed and shown all hotel facilities. We had an easy access, disability room which was well set out for wheelchair access.

Very good location, close to Rialto market and bridge. Seeing and being by Grand Canal when you get out of the door is extraordinary. Very good breakfast, friendly staff, confortable bedding. Very calm. All you need to pass good holidays!
