Everything was perfect, the location 100 m from Piazza San Marco, the rich breakfast, you could serve espresso, cappuccino, American coffee, as many as you wanted. The beds were very comfortable, as were the pillows, adjustable air conditioning in each room of the apartment - we were accommodated in a room in the building opposite the hotel. Access to the building is by code, and the hotel and the dining room are really very nicely decorated. The rooms are equipped with a coffee machine with Lavazza tablets. The staff was very kind, both at the reception and at breakfast. The ladies who served breakfast made sure that everyone got what they wanted. I recommend this location to those who want a pleasant stay and in an area with restaurants and shops, but also very quiet at night.

The apartment was spacious and ideal for a family of four, featuring two bedrooms, a cozy living area, and two convenient bathrooms. Vanni was an excellent host, providing clear guidance on everything from getting from the airport to the apartment to exploring the main attractions. The location is perfect—close to vaporetto stops (Biennale, Arsenal) and within walking distance of St. Mark’s Square. Via Garibaldi offers a variety of restaurants, a supermarket, and pharmacies, all open until 11 PM.

The location could not have been better. Our windows opened to a canal, but a quite canal. The room was spacious and very Venetian. The staff was so helpful. We received a breakfast in our room with plenty of food and warm flaky pastries. We sat by the open windows and had our tea and cappuccino by the open windows and watched as the gondolas floated by. We slept like babies on the comfortable bed. Oh, did I mention there was prosecco upon our arrival!
