The view is absolutely amazing, not to mention the sun sets and location. For us an easy walk from St Mark's Square. We had to extend our stay at the hotel for several days due to an injury, and even had to call in a doctor. In this case the staff were incredible and did their upmost to keep us in the same room for as long as possible. My only gripe is that the shower is over a bath in some rooms, which made it difficult due to my injury - not the hotel's fault though of course. Stefano and his team were incredibly helpful and very understanding of our situation. They even lent us a wheelchair at no extra cost, which I can tell you, made my stay with my injury far more tolerable! To be able to go out and about made all the difference to me and my husband, who by his own admittance, had had enough of enjoying Venice alone after a couple of days. When we go next time, we will definitely be staying at the Hotel Bucintoro again.

One of the best apartments we've had in Italy. We have travelled to Italy a few times, and this apartment really impressed us. Vanni, the host , is very friendly and gave us some great advice and tips on navigating Venice, he was also very kind and empathetic when we were late to check in after getting lost. The apartment is beautiful, and set right in the heart of Venice close to all the ports for the water taxis and boats. It is situated on a street with fantastic Italian restaurants and bars at very affordable prices. It is a 5-10 minute walk to Piazza de San Marco and within easy walking distance to shops, supermarkets, tourist sights and museums. There is a Co-op supermarket just across the road for all your needs which is very useful. Fresh coffee and tea was provided, the apartment also had a superb stove to cook on, two good sized bathrooms and bedrooms, a dining table and lounge to enjoy. The apartment had some lovely personal touches, providing guests with everything they desire! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we will definitely be booking the apartment again!

Great location, super close to shuttle/vaporetto stop, nice walking distance to main spots we wanted to see, but at the same time it was a calm and chill street, protected from big crowds. Spacious room, classic but very well renovated, it really exceeded our expectations.
