Absolutely 10/10! I forgot my handbag in the room when I checked out and they tried everything they could do to reach out to me to return my bag! The location is superb, close to everything, food, subway, shopping malls. The room is super clean and spacious considering the price. I would definitely come back if I visit Fukuoka again!!

i had stayed most of the trip at another hotel near by that was quite basic and want some creature comforts for the last evenings. I expected from the photos that it would be better but for a 3 star hotel with the prices charged it was amazing. Rooms are very modern/new. Has a washer dryer in the room you can load and leave so now need to wait around. microwave also was a plus. beds were firm but not hard and duvet was comfortable. I was on a high floor so it was a silent night (for the first time that trip). Location is close to two metro lines and the island center (Tenjin). Breakfast was great and once seated you get landed with a cooked breakfast western style with a japanese twist. loads of choice for breakfast also. Bathroom is very high spec and everything very clean.
