Everything felt luxurious. Staff was very helpful even when we arrived late at night. Room was very spacious, beds really comfortable, bathroom super big. The view spectacular. Big TV. Check-in really smooth. After having to cancel a booking in another place it was amazing to find this place at the last minute. It exceeded my expectations.

This is the good choice for my vacation in this summer. Everything was so convenient. Near by Sannomiya station so you can go everywhere you can. I recommend for high floor bz nice view. I will stay at this hotel if I come back Kobe in next time.

Located at the beginning of Sannomiya shopping area yet not so busy, allowed me to park my car in front of hotel easy for load/unload luggages. The breakfast is like food party, good vibes. Highly efficient check-in. Shops, restaurants, supermarkets everywhere including restaurants near the train stations. I love to stay here again next time I come Kobe.
