We were enchanted with the Hotel. The staff was extremely helpful. We got a nice map showing nearby recommended food places. Whatever we needed there was a solution to that. Should I be coming back to Kyoto this would be my first choice.

Nohga Hotel Kyoto was a fantastic experience. The staff were warm and always helpful, making the stay very enjoyable. Breakfast was excellent, with the Eggs Benedict standing out as perfectly prepared.
The location is ideal, close to major attractions and public transport, making it easy to explore the city.

The staff was really kind and always available if you had any questions, they gave us good recommendations and good advice for how to get to arashiyama in the fastest way possible (better than google maps).

- nice quality cleaning products offered to customers (shampoo, etc)
- good size and great central positioning of the TV (makes it a nice entertainment experience in bed, after a long day)

- good location, close to restaurants, bars or supermarkets and just 20 min walking to Gion neighborhood
- nice amenities: liked to have the possibility to get on our own new towels, tea, a vanity kit etc., from the hallway, close to our room, whenever needed
