Nice staff, spacious room and comfortable beds. Laundry machine is included. The location is very convenient and close to a subway station that can take you as far as Osaka and Nara. Plenty of buses are also close by. Additionally, one traverses the bridge and is in the middle of the shopping area with plenty of good restaurants to boot. The hotel was perfect for 4 days in Kyoto with lots of exploring during the day.

Very friendly staff, delicious food and great Onsen. The village of Ohara is very calm and perfect for a small hike, temple visiting and chill. It's very easy to get to (direct bus number 17 from Kioto station). It was a perfect calm day nearby Kioto.
