Definitely one of the highlights of my trip! Really able to hit a couple of items off with this in. I love that they have English speaking staff. I'm surprised to meet fellow Filipinos working there. It was such an awesome welcome.
The rooms were amazing and spacious. I slept like a baby with the futon they prepared for me. Ordered a traditional breakfast which did not disappoint. And the private bath really soothed my tired bones after long walks going around Kyoto.
Would definitely stay there again!

The breakfast has room for improvement, but the location is excellent. I enjoyed everything about the hotel, especially the restaurant on the second floor. The hotel gave us vouchers that we used at the restaurant.

We enjoyed everything as a family.
The hotel is designed to make us feel like home.
The staff is kind and professional.
We were amazed by the spacious rooms, the beds were comfortable, the bathroom and toilets very clean. The kitchen was well equipped.
It was the most amazing hotel we’ve been in Japan and we’re glad to have been able to stay there for our trip in Kyoto.

Loved everything! Sooo conveniently located. Lots of bus routes and trains. The Shinkansen station is also there.
Very big room and bathroom. Amazing water pressure and water is hot instantly. Such good showers ahhhh.
Also love the PJs they give and if you need anything, a robot will deliver it to your room.
Staff is so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic as well.
I’m so sad to be leaving this hotel!

It’s new, clean and spacious. Went in summer, kids enjoyed the pool activities in VIVA SQUARE KYOTO located near the hotel. Hotel is located just 1 minute walk from the Umekoji JR station, which is one stop from Kyoto. Has Kyoto aquarium and Kyoto rail museum which is couple of minutes by walk.
