Everything is top notch, room is spacious and clean with daily room service, staff is extremely friendly, warm and hospitable. I would like to express my great gratitude to Iwasaki (岩崎） at dining and Yamada (山田泰子） at reception, they are doing their best to make customers happy with great smile 😃 Not forgetting to mention the meals which is very delicious, ingredients are fresh and with great variety. Good plan for sleep and social. House was spacious and clean, games to play and good area for eating and relaxing. Excellent utilities and a big plus for having dishing service in a private rent. Good area to dry ski equipment and clothes.

Craig, the owner, and his staff were fantastic. Always happy to help and he even offered me a ride to and from the station. They have e-bikes you can use and they provide precious informations about the area.

The atmosphere was unlike anywhere I have been before, the mountains, room, hotel decor and the river at the bottom were exceptional. The staff were very helpful and the half board dinner and breakfast were superb. The private outdoor bath on the balcony is a wonderful place to just sit and take in your surroundings.

Such helpful, attentive and customer devoted staff. After my hike l was starving and they asked me if l want to have dinner earlier with extra rice, just as an example of many. Outdoor onsen free of PRIVATE use for 40 min a day!
