Everything about our stay at The Tower Hotel Nagoya was absolutely exceptional!! Never stayed in a more fantastic hotel in my life - the staff were the standout at this property as they were so genuinely kind, welcoming and helpful. The welcome drinks + desserts were so special and lovely, I left a small thank you note mentioning which ones our favourites were and they brought more of those favourites the next day?!?! so unexpected and lovely. The breakfast was PHENOMENAL, such a wonderful experience to have while we looked out over the city. The rooms were fantastic and super spacious (my partner especially liked how comfy the pyjamas were), super comfortable beds too! We’ll definitely be coming back!!!

Our family especially liked the breakfast spread and the drinks from the social room. Beds were comfy and the hotel is near a lot of train stations. The bus stop coming to and from the airport is conviniently located near the hotel too. We'll definitely book this hotel again for our next trip to Nagoya. .

We booked a family room which was massive. Very clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and you could leave your suitcases with them when you checked out. We had breakfast on one of the mornings, we just had cereal and croissants and a coffee.

Public bath has hot and cold baths, as well as sauna, all can be used within the day except when it's maintenance.The price is only a thousand yen.more than other hotels with half the facilities.

It's located near Oasis21, very convenient. Check-in process at the machine was smooth.
The hotel is new, all the facilities are in great condition.
I didn't expect such a nice room with this rate of price at the center of Nagoya. Will stay here for sure next time.
