The house is clean and new, equipped with many Balmuda electronic devices. There is a big wooden bathtub, kids love that and very enjoy. The house is located by a small hill, surrounding by natural environment, cozy and comfortable. Better to drive to there, small road/lane to access house area, even driving Toyota Vellfire can pass and park with well control skill. Please be aware you need to climb a little bit to main house building. Parking slot is not next to house, if you carry big and heavy luggages, you need to get them up to house and move down while leaving. The house manager provide fruit and toast and some seasonings. Close to Aeon mall and Korakuen/後樂園 by my driving within 15 minutes. 25 minutes driving from Okayama airport.

The overall experience was amazing. Traditional, well equipped Japanese house, good communication via messages, perfect location for Karakuen Garden. You really have everything you need in this house and if you want to use things like the dishwasher, it's well explained in a booklet. Check in and check out works perfect. I appreciate the effort put in this property. Details like a Bluetooth speaker are great. The list of things we liked is too long to list.

The location! The hotel is located just above Okayama station. There are so many department stores,restaurants and souvenir stores around the hotel. If you have to take train to other city for taveling, this is the best hotel you can choose.
