Was very very clean and comfortable. Staff were very welcoming, there was coffee in the lobby and check in was very smooth.

The location was great! Right near the station and a supermarket right down stairs. Coin laundry a 2 min walk away. 20 min walk to namba station through Shinsaibashi shopping street. The room was s alot more spacious than we expected but still smaller than were used to. The room was clean and they offered daily room cleaning which we only used once during our 5 night stay. The hotel staff are really friendly
