An amazing place to stay. A very beautiful building, with a refined and elegant design. The room was incredibly spacious, comfortable and impeccably clean. Lots of amenities in the room, with very nice touches like filtered coffee. It was nice to have a couch and a big coffee table in the room. The staff are incredibly nice and helpful. The location is fantastic, at a walking distance from Namba and Dotonbouri and right in the middle of the Nipponbashi area. It's one of the best places I have ever stayed at.

Amazing hotel, comfortable. The room had a washer dryer which helped a lot! The location was pretty convenient to go anywhere by subway and train, but also to walk to Dotombori if you feel like. I really loved the sauna as well. The breakfast was complete and delicious!

It is an auto check-in apartment with very easy and simple instruction. The room is bigger than my imagine and has all necessary for a family from washing machine to small kitchen. 1 of the best thing I like this inn is the light. They use the white light not the yellow light and it has a big balcony so the room is always full of light.

Superb very friendly staff, even went the extra and gave early check in (around 11am). Free tea, coffee and soft drink in the lounge area every day. Art works all through the hotel. SPACIOUS! Our 'room' had sleeping room (King bed), sitting area with couch and desk, toilet, wash area, and separate bath/shower room - huge by any standard but especially so by typical Japanese hotel rooms. Short walks to main attraction areas.
