You can not fault this hotel.
Two adults and three children.
We stayed at the room that has 2 single beds plus 3 Tatami.
We spent 7 nights here. Despite the room size being smaller than expected, everything else was perfect.
Right next to super marker, metro, walking distance to central district.
Japan/Osaka is not a cheap country to travel for a family but this hotel delivevered what it promises on the website.

Amazing stay, friendly, community oriented. Very respectful. I made friends and we organized activities together. Kaz is such a nice person and ready to help even when you are outside. Good food recommendations and the most amazing part was the jam sessions at night. Improvising with his dad and the rest of people at the hostel. Beautiful! Thank you so much.

It’s a really good experience to stay at Cuvée, the staff are quite enthusiastic.
The luggage were sent to the room in advance and there were welcome champagne upon checking in.
The room is quite large so enough spaces for luggage

the location is really close to train station and other attraction places. despite the location close to restaurants, i have a very quite night so its a plus for me as i am a very sensitive sleeper. the size of the room is just nice for me as i only spent the night.

Location was perfect. Right next to the metro station and within walking distance to Dotonbori, the Glico Sign, and many major shopping streets and food markets. The room itself was clean and comfortable, although it was on the smaller side (which is typical for Japan). The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and were even able to assist with shipping my larger suitcase to my next hotel so I wouldn't have to carry it on the Shinkansen.
