Breakfast was exceptional. And I like that it offers free supper and ice cream, as well as free laundry. Like the concept of wearing no shoes inside the hotel, it feels free like home. The hot spring on the roof top is not too crowded also, and I really enjoy it! Room size looks small but it's neat and clean and enough for 2 adults.

Nice warm welcoming from staff at the lobby. Very accommodating to my 7 month old baby's needs. The room was very spacious (biggest in my stay in Japan).had lots of luggage space and closet space. Had free breakfast which was great. Offered baby high chair as soon as we walked in. Super close to Sendai station which we used a lot to travel around. Lots of shopping stores and food options nearby. Great location for sure!

Very convenient location, absolutely clean, very accommodating staff who are able to watch over your stuff at a small price, and also the fact that their shower rooms are onsen style or hotsprings where they have saunas, old fashioned bathing water that they constantly clean up! Super relaxing vibes, free manga for you to read, and great staff who despite not speaking English well, tries their very best to communicate using the translating app. Just a short walking distance from Sendai station where there is a lot to do and shop!
