Fantastic hotel! My single room was spotless, had a nice view and felt really spacious compared to other hotels I have stayed at in Tokyo. Additionally, the location was very convenient along the Yamanote line and the breakfast was delicious and varied. When picking up my luggage on my final day, I had a really nice chat with one of the staff members. Will definitely stay here again in the future!

I was very pleased with my room. It was very clean, and for one person there was plenty of space. There is a washing machine and a dryer, as well as a kitchen which can be used if you would like to cook. The bathrooms were very clean and the water pressure was perfect. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

It was really close to the Yamanote Line (please note that your Tokyo Metro Pass doesn’t work on JR / JY Lines) and Chuo Line! It was really spacious and clean - a lot of free toiletries by the lobby as well. Extra points for the balcony, overlooking the city - really nice for Instagram photos :)

Convenient location, close to Nishi Nippori station where you can take a direct train to Narita Airport. We loved the bunk bed, the beds were so comfy, and while the room was small we had everything we needed and it was designed so smartly. We would stay here again!
