Clean and comfortable, room was not too small, blackout curtains were good, staff were helpful in assisting us to send our luggage to another hotel in tokyo 2 days later. Surrounding is nice and quiet. Near nippori station which has skyliner to/from narita airport.

The cleanest hotel we have ever stayed. The staff made us feel like being at our home. Nippori station is just 10 min walking from the hotel. You can find everything you want around, supermarket, convenience stores, restaurants etc.

What I especially liked was the friendliness of the staff on site. They were very courteous and helpful. The hotel has everything you need: a kitchen where you can prepare free coffee and tea, a washing machine and dryer, a Japanese-style bath (a very interesting experience), several toilets on each floor, etc.
Supermarkets and restaurants are located nearby, and the train station is just an 11-minute walk away.

I only have good things to say about Hotel Mystays Nippori. Staff was friendly and attentive to our needs. Location was what we wanted - away from the busy area of Tokyo but close to the train station. We will definitely stay again if given the chance. Higly recommended. Thank you to the staff.
