The tranquil ambiance, the minute you alight into the hotel area, was all worth it. Exhausted from the days travel, the complementary snacks and drinks were a welcome treat at the Lounge (even include 4 different alcohol drink options). Check-in was fast and smooth. Reception was helpful with restaurant recommendations, booking taxis, or arranging the transfer of your luggage (note, you need one day for this). The hotel rooms were well appointed, and the iPad control of all the lights, drapes, etc... was very convenient. Sound proofing was very good. Very quiet inside the room. Decor was very calming and soothing minimalist. Nice to have all the toiletries you would need, provide along with a list of what you can keep if you scan the QR code provided at checkin.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel, which offers great amenities like free snacks, coffee, and water. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making the experience even better. The hotel is amazing. It’s beautiful, super clean and luxurious. The location is perfect, in Ginza, surrounded by shops, restaurants and transport. The best part about this hotel is the staff. From the front door to the breakfast staff, to the housekeeping teams and everyone else. They are all so friendly, helpful and make you feel like a princess. Breakfast is delicious, beautiful restaurant, cozy and lot’s of options. Loved it!

Brilliant room with Japanese style drawing space, alongside comfortable bedspace. Washroom was spacious too. Clean and beautiful with a little balcony to ourselves as well. We loved it.

The staff at the reception counter were all very helpful. When we asked for their help to find a sushi restaurant near the hotel, which was not so easy on a Friday night, they really made the effort to check and called up a few restaurants. I was so impressed by their patience and welcoming attitudes. Really appreciate it.
