Everything was great. The staff is very helpful, especially with sending our luggage to the next Hotel in Kyoto after our stay. The room is super clean and the bed was very comfortable. Washing the laundry for a small fee worked great. Breakfast is good, for europeans a little unusual but very delicate and of high quality!

Staff were incredible. Room was immaculate and the best facilities were provided. Couldn’t recommend this hotel enough. Location very good. Bed extremely comfortable and beautiful rooftop terrace. The hotel had all the fine details covered.

The apartment is very well maintained and equipped. We could cook, wash and comfortably live for a week. It's ideal for two people. Whilst the apartman not too big, it's very well positioned and it's really worth the money. It was very clean, super comfortable place to stay for two people. I would definitely come back here again. Location is also great.
