Everything! It's the best hostel I have ever stayed in Tokyo so far. - I was a little afraid at first because the room I got is a mixed dormitory (snoring, etc.). But turns out it was really quite and everybody was so considerate. Shower and toilets are clean. The staff cleaned it quite frequently. - I like the fact that you can also store luggage under your bed!

Great for a one-night stay alone! The staff was super nice and the space was so cozy. They provided pajamas, toothbrushes, and shower stuff, so I didn't have to open my luggage at all.

This hotel is ideal for families - we stayed in a spacious tatami family suite. The kitchenette was incredibly handy for light meals, and the location is close to lots of convenience stores and walking distance to the Asakusa temple and tourist area. Lots of restaurants within a few blocks! The hotel is VERY clean and we especially loved the separate shower room from the bathroom/toilet so no wet bathrooms. :) If you are traveling with children, this hotel is ideal!

Gorgeous hotel with great modern vibes! Staff were extremely helpful and friendly, able to communicate in English with ease. Booked 2 twin rooms and requested one with a big bed (for 2 year old toddler, they are kids friendly!), while the other with 2 single beds. Rooms were quite spacious and clean, and the one with single beds even came with tub. Walking distance to various stations in Ueno (5/7/10min depending on which line) and there's a 7-11 just a two min walk away. Vending machines, gym, washer/dryer (need to pay) and free microwave available at level 2, with a lounge for you to chill at. Would definitely return for a stay if I'm around the area.

The hotel is located right in the old quarter, about a 5-minute walk from Sensō-ji Temple and the entire market, so you can enjoy an evening and early morning visit to the temple without the tourists. There are restaurants directly in front of the hotel and a metro station is about a 10-minute walk away. The hotel apartments are very clean and the facilities are great, the kitchen has everything you need (large fridge, microwave, etc.), there is also a washer and dryer and we were given laundry detergent by the staff. Cleaning is done every day, if you don't care about it, you can just change clean towels and arrange at the reception when you want to clean the room. Although the hotel is located right in the heart of Asakusa, which is the destination of most tourists, it is completely quiet in the evenings.
I really enjoyed my stay here and would love to come back again.
