From the moment we arrived, our experience at JW Marriott Hotel Nairobi was nothing short of spectacular! The staff truly went above and beyond to make our stay extraordinary. A special shout-out to Pricilla and Jemimah, who made us feel like royalty throughout our visit. Their attention to detail and genuine warmth made us feel so welcome and cared for. The entire hotel team exceeded our expectations, from the seamless check-in to assisting with local activities. The room was luxurious, with stunning views and all the comforts we could ask for. We also loved the the amenities available including the spa and stunning pool. There were many exceptional restaurant options to choose from. We can't thank the team enough for making our stay unforgettable. It was the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and personal attention, and we’ll definitely be recommending to our friends and family. At first i didn't know why it was called the house as they also have another version of Hyatt in the same building. Arrived late hours that night after a very long flight. Getting to the room, realised it wasn't just a room but a fabulous house, it made resting for those few hours, so easy. A home away from home.The setup of the hotel, the spacious rooms, fantastic. Morning was greeted by a great and heavy breakfast.

I've been working in the hospitality industry for years and have never found an apartment that truly made me feel at home, but this one does. Modern and functional furnishings with warm wood accents reflecting the colors of the house. Gorgeous bed and mattress. Positive atmosphere and relaxing vibes. Impeccable security, quiet neighborhood, excellent gym and pool. High floor with an excellent view. Close to everything, a bar on the ground floor that offers good breakfasts and quick lunches. Very quiet and high-quality atmosphere. Impeccable parking. Overall, I can only say kudos to the hosts, and keep up the good work.

I was the first person to stay here. It is a cute en cozy place to stay. The bed was so comfortable and a relaxing shower. The guards downstairs are very friendly and the owner too.

Faith was the perfect host, and her place was the perfect place to stay during my time in Nairobi. Nothing was too much trouble for Faith; she was very helpful, inviting, and accommodating before and during my stay. Good position, there are two malls just opposite the road, comfortable place to spend a night in Nairobi, safe parking inside the structure with security and the owner is always available and he respects your space inside the house, he gave us the possibility to do a late check out and during the morning gave me a quiet place to had a work interview (there is also a good internet connection)
