The staff were exceptionally amazing! Fantastic service! The pool was nice and the view from the hostel was wonderful. With the great service and beautiful layout of the common area it almost felt like staying at a resort for the price of a hostel!!! The rooms and bathrooms were very clean.

Best place to stay in Sihanoukville! The hostess was very welcoming and carrying, always making sure we were comfortable and satisfied, we felt at home 🤗 the guesthouse also has free coffee, tea and noodles and offers a great variety of food for us to choose from at great prices. Our room was huge and super clean. The swimming pool area is very comfortable.

Outstanding service from the moment we stepped out of the taxi outside the hotel. The staff in the reception were so welcoming and friendly and also in the restaurant on 1st floor, the woman in charge (sorry forgot her name!) was super friendly and helpful,
as well as H Sophoeat and staff at breakfast. The gym, the pool, the rooms, everything was great! The service of the staff was just excellent, the man from the reception (maybe his name was Kim Ladang) even followed us in the car to the ferry pier. And they drove us there for free too. Can highly recommend this hotel.

If you stay in Sihanoukville, Queenco hotel is the place to stay.
Outside of the busy and bling bling Sihanoukville, this place is really peaceful, quiet and beautiful.
The room are cosy, the bed is very confortable, the swimming pool and the private beach are just amazing.
But the best side of my stay was the staff and the service, they are just amazing.
I want to say a big thanks to Mr Somros, he make me feel like a special guest during all my stay, always here to know if you need anything and make your stay so easy ! If you need something, Mr somros will exceed your expectations !
I never met someone like him, so professional,so kind…. Is just amazing and thank you again for made my stay a magical stay !

Beautiful space with lovely gardens and plants. The hosts are super friendly and helpful. They will make coffee whenever and bring it to you. The rooms are pretty simple but very clean and fit for purpose. The mosquito net is a bonus as there are quite a lot of sandflies in the area.
