We stayed for three weeks with a baby. The hotel was excellent. Great service. The staff were very responsive and always ready to assist with any questions. As soon as we checked in, that very evening, we informed the staff what we were missing, and they immediately fulfilled all our requests: they changed our mattress to a firmer, orthopedic one, provided an extension cord, frying pans, knives, connected the gas, and even bought a small portable lamp with a nightlight. We lived very comfortably. The room had everything, and the hotel's location is excellent, right in the center, in the Old French Quarter, next to a park, a shopping center, and shops. Good hot shower, strong water pressure. Good large refrigerator. Good air conditioners. Good blackout curtains. Ceiling fans were also very useful; they helped cool down the room faster after returning. Very spacious room. Nice courtyard with plants.

Very beautiful hotel in the center of Siem Reap, most likely one of the most beautiful ones that I have stayed in. Gorgeous grounds, a lot of attention to detail everywhere. Staff was very friendly and professional when we had an issue with a room and very accomodatin when on the day we were leaving. Location is great, just a 10 min stroll down the river to downtown, but very quiet. The bar is very nice, drinks are excellent. Breakfast was good, but not great.

I like all the staff who are friendly and very accomodating. Highly recommended hotel, they got hot and cold bath plus sauna and pool to match your tired feet and body after strolling within Siem Reap for the whole day.

Guests at Shinta Mani Angkor enjoy lovely Khmer-inspired rooms while channelling funds to the local community.

Breakfast is a mix of A la carte and buffet. Nice selection of food, very simple but exceptionally wholesome. Lovely location to sit outside and watch the world go by, whilst enjoying a coffee and a croissant.
