The hotel was very pretty and the room was nice and spacious.
taney made us find everything we needed to make coffee and tee, there were also kits with a toothbrush,toiletries ecc!
If you’re looking for a hotel in Busan near the subway i absolutely recommend it!!

We had a lovely stay here, the room is very spacious and the staff very friendly! They also have great amenities such as washer/dryer and drying rack and the common area is very cute :)

This place is ideal if you are looking for some relax, quiet and calm vibe, there is really no staff on site but everything is pretty explanatory and easy to do. As a digital nomad it was amazing!

The location is great, EX12 has elevator, and it is very close to GEM STAY and their is a convenience store in the first floor. Besides, there is a wowpass machine just in this convenience store, how perfect it is !!!
No need to face to face then check-in is very convenient, they sent password before we arrive.
And everything in the room is very very sufficient.
Very very crecommend.!!!
But there is one thing, I am confused, should we thorw our garbage by ourselves? or we just leave in the room?

Big and quiet apartment in very central location. AC unit in each room makes this top-floor apartment cool also during summer. Bathrooms renovated nicely, and otherwise also in pretty good condition (even if dark wood walls are not personal favorite). Nearby two relevant subway stations for sightseeing needs or going to the beach.

The space was very well designed and very thought out. It was very comfortable and a joy to stay at. The location was very central and in the nicest neighborhood ! The music playing on our arrival was a very nice touch and it was nice to have water bottles in the fridge !
